    The hotel offered friendly staff who greeted us with warm smiles, and there was plenty of lush greenery surrounding the building, adding to the charm and calm atmosphere. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to popular attractions and downtown shopping. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast, with plenty of food options to choose from.

    The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as we noticed a few crawling insects. the hotel could improve by providing amenities such as hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

    The location was great, with an attractive front garden area. The staff were friendly, and there were no issues with cleanliness. the hotel facilities were excellent, and transportation and parking were readily available. The breakfast was simple, but delicious, with an option to choose what I wanted to eat.

    The hotel's front garden was well-maintained and attractive. the gallery showcased delicious-looking food. It was located in a good area with easy access to nearby attractions.

    The hotel room lacked upkeep and cleanliness. Cockroaches were present in the wardrobe and bathroom, and holes in the windows allowed insects in.
